Fatal Motorcycle Accident

A motorcyclist was killed Thursday morning around 2 a.m. when he lost control of the motorcycle and slammed into a retaining wall. His body was thrown over the retaining wall where it was then run over by at least one vehicle. The biker, a 31 year old male, was killed at the scene. Houston Law Enforcement Officers closed both east and westbound lanes on East Freeway, I-10 near Federal to investigate the fatal accident. Houston Police believe that speed was a factor in the accident and also believe the motorcycle was stolen out of Harris County. Investigators have also said that there are no witnesses and no one stopped to help the fatally injured man. Both lanes were re-opened by 5 a.m. No one plans on having an accident, or suffering injuries but accidents still happen every day; even when every precaution has been taken to avoid it.  When you or a loved one needs an experienced, dedicated  and knowledgeable lawyer to help.
