Three people have been arrested after a high-speed chase from Channelview into Montgomery County on Sunday. According reports from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy responded to a robbery at a gas station located in the area near First Street and Market Street. When the law enforcement officer arrived at the scene, three male suspects attempted to ram their vehicle into the Sherriff’s deputy’s patrol cruiser. The deputy fired three shots, after the vehicle fled the scene. The deputy then proceeded to pursue the suspect vehicle. The Harris County Sheriff’s office reports that up to 30 law enforcement units pursued the suspects as they made their way heading north on the Eastex Freeway.
