Barfight Ends With Man Getting Ran Over

A barroom brawl on the northeast side of Houston has ended in a man being run over by an SUV. In the very early hours of Monday morning, just outside the Sabor Norteno Bar on Irvington Boulevard at Berry Road, a fight broke out in the bar. According to the Houston Police Department, one of the men who were involved in the altercation went to get into his vehicle, an SUV, but another man tried to pull the escaping patron from his car. The man trying to pull the first man out ended up being run over by the SUV. The driver of the SUV crashed into another car and then tumbled out of his vehicle Officers said that the man who had been run over by the SUV had visible tire tracks over his body. Both men were taken to the hospital and were listed with in serious condition.
