DWI Driver Arrested in Fatal Crash

Mr. Sandoval, who was driving a Jeep Wrangler, struck the Civic when it pulled into oncoming traffic. Mr. Sandoval suffered no injuries, but was arrested on suspicion of DWI. A passenger in the Civic was moderately injured.
