Houston Police Officer Hospitalized
A Houston Police Officer was hospitalized after an accident involving his patrol car on Friday.
A spokesperson for the Houston Police Department has confirmed that the officer is in good condition, however, it is unclear as to the condition of the driver of the other vehicle involved. Further details about the crash are still pending.
The accident occurred in north Houston along Little York and Aldine Westfield, around 5:30 p.m. Friday evening. The injured Officer was transported via ambulance to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was treated for his injuries. Officials report that the officer was both conscious and communicative at the hospital.
