Two Shot Dead, Police Search For Suspects

The Houston Police Department is looking into what led to a shooting where two men were left dead in a parked Porsche in southeast Houston over the weekend.

Station KHOU-11 in Houston reports that Houston Police received a call about gunshots being fired in the 4900 block of Bricker Street at approximately 12:15 a.m. on Sunday, November 1.

Police arrived to find two men who were sitting inside the sports car had been shot to death.  The car’s engine was still running when officers arrived at the scene of the incident. 

The identities of the two male victims have not been released pending notification of family members. 

Eyewitnesses told Houston Police officers that they had seen two suspects fleeing the area after hearing gunshots. Nearby surveillance video may have captured images of the two suspects who fled the scene in an SUV.

Houston Police homicide detectives were able to recover shell casings from the area around the Porsche. 

The crime is currently under investigation. So far, police have not released many details about the crime.
