Pair of Brothers in Crash on Christmas Day
Early Christmas morning. Not a creature was stirring, in the hopes that St. Nick would soon be traveling the countryside, bringing toys to all of the good boys and girls. A pair of brothers were headed home to their family, one driving and the other asleep in the passenger seat.
1am. The time when the world is quiet and most of the world slumbers in sweet expectation for the coming day. Unfortunately, one of the brothers didn’t see the coming day. He lost control of the work van that they were in, veering off into a ditch around the 7800 block of Breen Drive.
One brother died at the scene, while the other one, the one who was asleep, escaped the crash uninjured. Strange how it works that way. It is believed that alcohol might have played a factor in this incident, but the police are still investigating what happened.
When something like this happens, a qualified personal injury attorney can spring into action to find out what happened. Inquisitive, they will find out whether there were mechanical failures with the vehicle, whether alcohol was involved, and answer other questions which may prove to be mitigating factors in the case.
They understand that any case where there’s a death, emotions are running high and their clients shouldn’t have to know extensive details about the law to get the settlements and the justice that they deserve. That type of thing should be left to a Dallas personal injury attorney who has years of experience in these types of cases.
If you’ve been injured in an accident where someone else was at fault, please give us a call. We will work hard to get the best settlement for you.
